The Copier Status is set to 'Close Only' mode on the account level. All closed orders will be ignored in this mode. Please check your 'Copy Settings'.
To access, go to the cockpit, on the main form, choose a Master/Slave -> click the Copy Setting icon -> Copier Status -> CloseOnly.
