This error means that this server name is not yet supported, or the server was entered incorrectly.
If you can't find the exact broker server for your account, we can add it easily. Please reach out to our team directly by emailing support@duplikium.com or via chat. Please with the following information:
Broker Technology: MT4 or MT5
Broker Server name: Your exact broker name
Login ID: All-numeric
Password: You can define a temporary password and change it back when we have added it, or you can send us the investor password if you prefer.
We need this information to add the new server. You can email them at support@duplikium.com for us to add it to our list.
