Please verify if the broker server is available in your Cockpit -> scroll down to Masters or Slave -> click on Add Master (icon on the right)-> select Server name or try to enter your broker server name in the field Server

If you can't find the exact broker server for your account, we can add it easily. Please reach out to our team directly by emailing support@duplikium.com or via chat. Please with the following information:
Broker Technology: MT4 or MT5
Broker Server name: Your exact broker name
Login ID: All-numeric
Password: You can define a temporary password and change it back when we have added it, or you can send us the investor password if you prefer.
We need this information to add the new server.
