Fixed TP/SL in pips is now possible on the new cockpit.
To access the setting, go to Cockpit's side menu -> scroll to the correct Master/Slave account and click on the settings icon on the left -> on the main form, choose the right master/slave account (if you have multiple accounts connected) and click on the gear icon -> look for Position Management -> Fixed SL or Fixed TP.
