1) Could you please confirm which technology of the broker server (MT4 or MT5)?
2) Could you confirm the exact broker server name?
3) Also, what is the login and password of this broker account? You can define a temporary password and change it back when we have added it. Or you can send us the investor password if you prefer. This is a requirement for adding it as a new server on our platform
